We’re a down-to-earth energy and manufacturing team based in Oregon, turning forest leftovers into cleaner, coal-compatible bio-carbon. Sounds simple? It took sawdust in our boots, years in mills and labs, and a stubborn belief that heavy industry can cut carbon without shutting down. Today, our torrefied pellets and briquettes help utilities, cement and lime plants, and CHP sites decarbonize—practically, profitably, and at scale.

It started with a problem you could see from the highway: slash piles, wildfire risk, and valuable biomass going to waste. Instead of letting it rot—or burn—we built a process to upgrade that waste into high-performance fuel. First a pilot, then a demo line, and now commercial production. Step by step, with a few bumps and plenty of grit, we learned how to deliver a product operators actually like to use.
